2001-2016 Duramax Mishimoto Thermostat Kit (Set of 2)

Experiencing a P01F0 check engine light on your Duramax? It’s time to change those thermostats on your Duramax! This is a super common issue with the 01-19 Duramax 2500/3500 trucks.
 
Factory GM thermostats are 180 & 185° F Degrees so you can reference this when viewing the two options below.
 
The Mishimoto Chevrolet Duramax low-temperature thermostats activate at a lower temperature (174 & 180° F Degrees) than the OEM thermostats, making them the perfect solution for Duramax owners who live in warmer climates or use their trucks under heavy load or strenuous driving conditions. Activating at a lower temperature means coolant will begin flowing through the system and allow for cooler temperatures.
 
The Mishimoto Chevrolet Duramax high-temperature thermostats activate at a higher temperature (185 & 191° F Degrees) than the OEM thermostats, making them the perfect solution for Duramax owners who live in colder climates or have trouble reaching operating temperatures. Activating at a higher temperature means the thermostats will allow the coolant to stay in the engine longer delaying the coolant flowing through the radiator, which allows the engine to warm up sooner.
