Shipping Policy

We ship anywhere in the U.S.
Shipping speeds and services may vary and are subject to change
Cut-off time for same day shipping is 3PM EST
We have no control over shipping speeds after the package leaves our hands regardless of the shipping method selected.
Expedited shipments are calculated in business days. This does not include weekends!
In some cases Fedex will be used when selecting UPS shipping methods

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns are accepted on brand new, unused products within 10 days of purchase. Some exclusions apply. Please contact us if you have any issues regarding a purchase and we will do our best to get it resolved as quickly as possible.
All John C Garage drop shackles are final sale and are not eligible for a return or refund.
We have the right to refuse a return if upon the return the product is damaged or shown to be in an unacceptable condition. If that is the case you are responsible for return shipping to get the product back to you.
You will be refunded for the product price minus the actual shipping cost we paid plus a 15% return fee.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
Cancelled orders are subject to a 10% cancellation fee for costs that are not refunded to us once an order has been processed on the JCG website.
