This kit is designed to work with the factory intake horn on all 2004.5-2010 LLY/LBZ/LMM Duramax 2500/3500HD trucks! Each plug uses an included o-ring to make for press fit and 100% air tight seal once installed.
We sell the components individually or as a whole package so please choose from the drop down appropriately.
Resonator Plug - Bigger plug with JCG logo. Replaces the black '6.6 TURBO DIESEL' box on top of the engine.
JCG Vent Plug - This is the smaller plug for the intake horn needed to reroute the crankcase ventilation.
Billet Valve Cover Fittings - These are the two black anodized adapters in the first picture above the hose clamps. They get bolted to the driver and passenger valve cover. They have a barb on each fitting to accept the rubber tubing.
Hardware kit and tubing - PCV rated hose 8' in length, tee fitting, and clamps needed to reroute the gasses down below the truck.
