A FASS Fuel Systems can be a beneficial upgrade for your GM Duramax diesel engine, this is because your Duramax doesn’t come with a factory system like other diesels. This requires your CP3/CP4 injection pump to pull your fuel under a vacuum, adding additional stress to your CP3/CP4 Pump and risk introduce additional air into your fuel. This is where a Titanium FASS Fuel System comes in to help.
That’s exactly why we engineered the Titanium Signature Series PLUS Fuel System, to outlast and outperform anything else on the market. This system is designed to provide the purest possible fuel to your Duramax and built to outlast it.
The Titanium Signature Series PLUS is our premier fuel system for pickup applications, combining high-flow performance, advanced filtration, air/vapor separation, and upgraded components in one complete system. Its steel bracket design provides superior stability while allowing the pump to tuck closer to the frame for better clearance and reduced visibility. The PLUS Series flows up to 290 gallons per hour through 1/2-inch ports and 1/2-inch fuel line, with larger fuel-line configurations available on high-flow applications, and accessory ports allow the installation of heater options for extreme cold weather operation.
The PLUS Series also incorporates an integrated Heat Sink: ORB fittings and 6061 aluminum black anodized fittings pull heat away from the motor, reducing operating temperature and thermal stress. The Heat Sink reduces motor temperature by 20°F or more, further extending the life of the million-mile motor and maintaining consistent performance under demanding conditions. Black anodized ORB (O-Ring Boss) fittings, 6061 aluminum black anodized AN fittings, and black fuel line give the system an ultra-clean installation.
Without proper fuel filtration, diesel injection systems are prone to excessive wear that can cost thousands. The Titanium Signature Series removes over 99% of the water from your fuel along with air, vapor, and debris down to 2 microns absolute, delivering clean, conditioned fuel to your engine at a consistent pressure.
