What Is the HSP Max Air Flow Bundle for the LLY?

This bundle is ideal for those who want significant performance gains without piece-mealing components. It replaces key bottlenecks in the factory setup and is designed to boost airflow, power, and efficiency in a single upgrade package.

Cold Air Intake

The 4.5" LBZ-style Cold Air Intake brings in maximum airflow and reduces intake temperatures. Coupled with HSPs heat shield box, it prevents hot engine bay air from entering. Tests show every 1°F increase in intake temperature results in an average 3 HP loss, so keeping temps down is critical.

Max Flow Intake Mouthpiece

Handcrafted for optimal flow and efficiency, this mouthpiece allows for a factory PCV reroute and eliminates the stock resonator box. This reduces oil contamination in the turbo and intake tract. (PCV kit sold separately: see 003-1-HSP.)

Hot Side Intercooler Tube

Stock tubes often fail due to poor routing and rubbing against the power steering line. HSP resolves this by redesigning the routing and increasing the diameter to a 3" mandrel-bent tube for improved flow and reduced turbulence.

Max Flow Bridge & Cold Side Tube

The 3" two-piece Max Flow Bridge and matching Cold Side Tube increase charge air flow and ease installation. This combo minimizes boost leaks and maintains consistent pressure throughout the system.

2" Passenger Side Up-Pipe

Constructed from heavy-wall 304 stainless steel and fitted with heavy-duty sleeved bellows, this upgraded up-pipe provides superior durability and smoother flow over stock designs.
