What Is the Deluxe Max Air Flow Bundle for the LBZ Duramax?

This bundle features every major performance part HSP Diesel offers for the 2006-2007 LBZ Duramax platform. Designed to optimize airflow, reduce restrictions, and clean up the engine bay, this kit is ideal for those who want a full system upgrade in one shot — and at a bundle price.

Billet Thermostat Housing Kit

The factory cooling setup is bulky and limiting. Our Billet Thermostat Housing eliminates the coolant hose that crosses the driver-side valve cover, improving clearance for future upgrades. It features CNC-machined billet aluminum construction for both looks and performance.

Max Flow Bridge & Cold Side Tube

The cold side tube is a 3" mandrel-bent pipe designed for optimal flow. The Max Flow Bridge uses a two-piece configuration that eases installation and minimizes boost leaks. Each unit is tested to over 100 PSI for strength and reliability.

2" Replacement Up-Pipes

Factory up-pipes are prone to failure due to warped flanges and cracked bellows. HSPs 2" up-pipes use heavy-wall 304 stainless steel and sleeved bellows for durability and optimal exhaust flow.

Hot Side Intercooler Tube

This upgraded 3" mandrel-bent pipe features a straight-style lower intercooler connection to eliminate the stock failure-prone boot, providing better airflow and increased reliability.

Max Flow Intake Mouthpiece

The HSP Max flow Intake Mouthpiece improves airflow and aesthetics. Handmade for precision, it allows rerouting of the factory PCV system and removal of the resonator box. Features an O-ring seal to prevent boost leaks (PCV re-route sold separately: 003-1-HSP).

Cold Air Intake

Using a 4.5" mandrel-bent intake tube and our heatshield box, this intake brings in cooler, denser air for more power. On average, dyno results show a gain of 20 horsepower and 58 lb-ft of torque.

Factory Replacement Coolant Tank

The OEM coolant tank is known for cracking and discoloration. HSPs hand-welded aluminum tank resists wear, improves durability, and looks great under the hood with powder coat options.
