What Is the Deluxe Max Air Flow Bundle for the LMM Duramax?

This bundle features every major performance part HSP Diesel offers for the 2007.5-2010 LMM Duramax platform. Designed to optimize airflow, reduce restrictions, and clean up the engine bay, this kit is ideal for those who want a full system upgrade in one shot — and at a bundle price.

Cold Air Intake

Featuring a 4.5" mandrel-bent intake tube, paired with a high-flow filter and open-style heat shield, this setup blocks hot engine air and delivers measurable performance gains—up to 20 HP and 58 lb-ft of torque.

Hot Side Intercooler Tube

The OEM design often leaks at the lower boot. HSPs version removes that boot, uses a 3" mandrel-bent tube, and minimizes turbulence while increasing airflow up to 40%.

Max Flow Bridge and Cold Side Tube

The CNC-machined, O-ring sealed two-piece Max Flow Bridge installs easily and improves flow integrity under boost. Paired with a 3" mandrel-bent cold side tube, this upgrade increases overall system reliability and air delivery.

Billet Thermostat Housing Kit

Our billet aluminum housing reroutes coolant to eliminate the hose that crosses over the driver-side valve cover. CNC-machined for durability and aesthetics, it frees up workspace and improves coolant flow.

2" Replacement Up-Pipes

Built from 304 stainless steel with sleeved bellows, these high-flow up-pipes improve turbo spool and reduce EGTs by eliminating restrictive factory bottlenecks.

VGT Intake Mouthpiece

Hand-assembled and O-ring sealed, this mouthpiece handles the added airflow while eliminating the resonator box and allowing optional PCV rerouting (PCV kit sold separately, see part 003-1-HSP).

Cold Air Intake

Using a 4.5" mandrel-bent intake tube and our heatshield box, this intake brings in cooler, denser air for more power. On average, dyno results show a gain of 20 horsepower and 58 lb-ft of torque.

Factory Replacement Coolant Tank

Factory tanks tend to crack and yellow with age. HSPs all-aluminum version is CNC cut, hand-welded, and includes OEM sensor provisions for a direct-fit replacement with improved longevity and style.
