What Is the Deluxe Max Air Flow Bundle for the LML Duramax?
Designed for truck owners looking to overhaul their intake, intercooler, and coolant systems all at once, this bundle improves factory systems without requiring a turbo or injection system upgrade. It also supports drop-in turbochargers and aftermarket fuel systems.
Cold Air Intake
Built with a 4.5" mandrel-bent intake tube and a high-flow filter, this intake system uses an open design and heat shield box to reduce heat soak. On average, dyno tests show gains of 20 horsepower and 58 lb-ft of torque.
Hot Side Intercooler Tube
Replaces the failure-prone factory pipe and eliminates the need for the lower intercooler boot by using a straight-through 3" mandrel-bent pipe. This reduces turbulence and improves airflow by up to 40%.
Max Flow Bridge and Cold Side Tube
Includes a two-piece, O-ring sealed Max Flow Bridge and a 3" mandrel-bent cold side tube. Together, they improve airflow, reliability, and boost control across the charge air system.
Upper Coolant Tube
Aluminum construction replaces the stock rubber hose to eliminate the risk of cracking and improves the look of your engine bay with powder coat finish options.
2" Replacement Up-Pipes
Fabricated from 304 stainless steel with sleeved bellows. These high-flow pipes reduce EGTs, improve spool-up, and resist fatigue over time.
Max Flow Intake Mouthpiece
The Max Flow O-ring-sealed intake mouthpiece ensures proper airflow into the turbo and eliminates leaks from unfiltered air, completing the airflow upgrade system.
Factory Replacement Coolant Tank
The OEM plastic tank is known to yellow and crack. HSPs hand-assembled aluminum tank drops into the factory location and includes provisions for the OEM low coolant sensor.
