2020-2023 Duramax L5P Compound Kit - S400 over VGT
We currently have these compound installation kits in stock and ready to go! Confirmed fitment on all 2020-2023 Duramax L5P 2500/3500HD Pick-up trucks. We're working to make sure this kit will be 100% compatible with the 2023.5-2026 trucks. We offer 17-19 kits here
These installation kits only come in raw, bare stainless steel pipes. We do not have the ability to them powder coated prior to shipping just yet. That will need to be done on your end.
What's included:
- Hot side exhaust pipe out of the valley turbo to S400 atmosphere charger with T6 Flange
- 5" Intake / Dry air filter / with bung for factory MAF sensor
- S400 turbo mount for passenger side of block with integrated -10 oil return built in
- 2 Piece 4" down pipe and clamp to fit T6 exhaust housings and easy installation
- Full 3" Y bridge with cold side intercooler piping. Included is an extra 1/8th NPT bung for aftermarket boost sensor on the y bridge. A plug is included if you decide not to use this port.
- 3.5" Boost charge pipe from atmosphere turbo to valley turbo (Requires standard S400 compressor cover for the atmosphere turbo) Included is an extra 1/8th NPT bung for aftermarket boost sensor. A plug is included if you decide not to use this port.
- 3" Hot side intercooler from valley turbo to intercooler on driver side
- Stainless braided oil feed and return lines (-4 feed and -10 return)
- Two rolls of heat wrap (one for each exhaust pipe included in the kit)
- T6 Heat Blanket
- All boots and clamps needed
- Any hardware needed for installation
There is no atmosphere turbo included in the installation kit. We sell those separately here. The billet S480's pair really well with the stock turbo up to a 67mm.
The kit is designed to work with the battery on the passenger side without getting eliminated however the turbo does get very close to it. We include the T6 heat blanket to protect the battery from heat given off by the turbo. There are modifications and trimming needed to the battery tray and the plastic cover on top to clear the turbo.
