This turbo adapter/pedestal fits 2024-2026 Duramax L5P pickup trucks and is brand-new factory replacement directly from GM. We keep these in stock! It is common when doing up pipes on these trucks, the bolts normally break in the pedestal. We have found it is more efficient to completely replace than to drill and remove those broken bolts.
