Once an order is submitted, your kit immediately gets started on.*** We used to offer powder coated options for the compressor cover but since it became a bottleneck in the production, we no longer offer that. The compressor cover will be raw (4th picture for example). The powder coating can be done on your end if you choose to do that.
You are looking at a John C Garage exclusive drop in S300 kit for the 2024-2026 L5P Duramax! The only size we have available at this time is the S369. This S300 turbo kit is designed to drop in place of your factory L5P turbo with no real modifications needed with the exception of converting back to a 2017-2023 Pedestal which is included in the kit! You will also have to re-pin the VGT dummy plug, but we are working on a solution for the 2020+ trucks as this plug were originally intended for the 17-19 L5P's.
The 69mm is ideal for stock injectors or even upgraded fuel system! It is capable of power in the 750-800hp range with supporting mods.

- S300SX-E with 73mm Turbine Modified by WCFAB for L5P Duramax
- 360 degree thrust bearing
- Forged milled (FMW) compressor wheel
- Modified Compressor Cover inlet to Accept the L5P Intake Horn (Included in the kit) and outlet for L5P Driver (Hot) Side Intercooler Pipe Connection.

Q. Will I need a tune revision to run this turbo?
A. Yes, you absolutely will since this is a fixed geometry turbo.
Q. How long does it take to ship my S300 kit once I place the order?
A. It can take anywhere from 15-25 business days to ship which is calculated only using Monday-Friday. We have no control over these lead times so please be sure this fits your timeframe ahead of time.
Q. I already have a 3.5" down pipe and intake horn for my factory turbo, can I reuse those?
A. No you cannot. The intake horn and 3.5" down pipe in this kit are specific to the S300 turbo! The flanges are different from the factory VGT turbo and this S300 so that is why we sell this as a full package.
Q. What separates the 2024-2026 kit from the 2017-2023 kit we offer?
A. Take a look at the second photo. This shows exactly what's included to make this kit work on the 2024-2026 L5P. You will receive a brand new GM 17-23 pedestal, ARP up-pipe bolts, and PPE up-pipe gaskets which is needed since GM changed the pedestal on the 2024-Current L5P.
