Duramax L5P Billet Intake Flange - Square Root Fab

These adapters are for those that have upgraded cold side intercooler pipes only that have a boot and clamp connection as seen in the last photo! These will not work with factory cold side intercooler pipes as they have a plastic clip that locks onto the factory throttle valve!

Installation of one of these flanges may require a tuning revision. One simple way to see without revisions is to unplug the valve. If no codes come up, you’re good to go! SRF has been running these over the last year daily driving and sled pulling spiking boost to 50psi at times and never had an issue with boots blowing off!

Technical / Fiment Bulletin: The barb diameter on this SRF flange is 3" for where the boot slides on and some aftermarket intercooler pipes will be either 3" or 3.5" in diameter. If the intercooler pipe you have is 3.5", you will need the transition boot found HERE   We keep those in stock as well.
